Jonathan first practiced with the United States Office of the Inspector General, where he participated in the audits of nationally known corporations and federal programs.
Jonathan later practiced in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant. In 1996, he graduated from The Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and then a Certificate of Advanced Study in Taxation.
Jonathan is a National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) member and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). For 18 years, Jonathan was an active member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court until it was disbanded once COVID-19 struck.
In 2002,
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University’s School of Law and opened his law firm, where his principal areas of practice are bankruptcy, probate litigation, and tax resolution.
Jonathan is the proud father of Audit, a macaw parrot who was hatched in 1998.
